Ames is a halfling who enjoys the comfort of human civilization, finding the vast trade and profits for private individuals to be very much to his liking. He enjoys hearing news
from near and far, collecting maps, meeting new people, and attending parties of the elite.
Though he doesn't speak much of his private affairs, he will tell you about his import/export business - Gysby & Co. - based in Wynt. He has several hired professionals that manage it and his accompanying security business that goes by the same name.
Ames has been a rogue since he was a child in Ithilia. His adventurous spirit led him to leave his home as a young adult and venture into the nearby Kingdom of Aen. Eventually, he found his way to the capital city, Wynt. His reputation grew and he was eventually invited to join the Meakin Gang. Jahn Meakin grew to respect Ames and gladly let the halfling try new ideas to strengthen the gang. He grew the gang into over two hundred members with interests in pickpocketing, caravan heists, and even guarding buildings and goods for businessmen. Eventually, Ames outgrew the Meakin Gang, leaving it and taking over half of the members with him after Jahn Meakin died. These humble beginnings grew into the business ventures he has today.
Leader of the Legends Guild He is also the leader of a widespread guild of spies and thieves, the Legends Guild.
