At the end of the last mission, Kotaku wrapped up Farook, who died from the wrapping. They killed three cultists and a strong skeleton warrior down in a basement. The agents told them that all of the guards were dead surrounding the house.

Then, Jax took one of the bones from the dead skeleton warrior. He walked passed the Lita sisters of the Ra'azum King's Agents, muttering, "they don't know how to party", disappearing down a hall, out the front door and into the night. Kotaku and Adarra were left discussing their next move when they realized that Jax had disappeared. The Litas told them he had left and what he said. The two of them rushed out the door after Jax to find where he had gone, looking out the door into the night. Nobody was in sight. The Litas offered to scout for him, but they declined the offer.

As they entered back into the house, two necromancers and a skeleton warrior were coming there way, set to attack. A battle ensued. The Litas, armed only with rapiers and hand crossbows, soon found that they were completely ineffective against the skeleton warrior and went after the necromancers. Kutaku and Woofie charged through, attacking them, but also scouting the hallway. He gave a shout as he neared an intersection and rushed back into the battle with the necromancers and undead.

Meanwhile, Rose peeked out from below the house in tunnels that came into a large basement. The basement had supplies, barrels, a bed, a desk, two necromancers, and two skeleton warriors. One of the necromancers slept in the bed and the other sat at a desk writing. The skeletons guarded the entrance to the basement stairs. A shimmering wall mirror-like object hung in one corner. Just then, she heard a shout from somewhere up above outside the door and knew it was Kutaku! She kept quiet, but with the sounds of battle, both necromancers and skeleton warriors jumped up and went out the door to join in the fray. Free to explore, Rose came out into the basement room and looked all around, investigating the supplies, the bed, and then found the object hanging in the corner. It's surface bubbled blue, reflecting back to her her own image. Beyond that surface, she could see into what seemed to be a dark room. As she looked she jumped back as another face peered back at her!

Reaching for her bow and arrow, Rose shot at the reflection, unsure of what would happen (nat 20). The arrow hit the reflecting surface dead center and with great force, shattering the hanging object into so much broken glass and wood frame pieces. A loud crack! could be heard through the entire house, and in front of everyone's eyes, a blinding flash of light seered into their brains. As she stood up from the floor, Rose panicked. They weren't supposed to know she was there! She ran for the bed to hide under it, squealing under her breath, her eyes wide and darting around for somewhere to hide. She rejected the bed, thinking it would be the first place they would look. She ran over to the supplies stacked up against a wall, considering there, but it grew too late. The necromancers rushed into the room to see what had happened, the skeletons following. The necromancers looked toward the corner, not even noticing her standing in front of the tunnel entrance, shivering and frozen in place.

Kutaku, Adarra, and the Litas followed from behind, bringing the battle to the basement room with a lot of the battle happening at the top of the stairs. Rose could tell from here that there were some injuries in their team. She scurried back down the tunnel to hide, never having been seen by Kutaku or Adarra. Woofie leaped down and charged as Kutaku stabbed at their adversaries with his trident. Woofie continued to be hit back as he charged around. The necromancer at the base of the stairs was mysteriously hit with an arrow in his side. The arrow could have only came from the tunnel, and he rushed over to find out who it could have been. There, he found Rose - a hobbit holding a bow. He whipped out his rapier and instantly attacked.

Adarra sensed they were losing the battle as they lost two members and with the continued absence of Rose and now Jax. Her fury of blows continued to batter on the skeleton warrior in front of her, but on an off beat moment, the skeleton seized her arm as she went to punch and hurled her toward him and over the side of the stairs where she landed below. She stood up, began to attack the skeletons as before, but then thought better of it. She looked around the room at the necromancers still battling, the necromancers above fighting the lone Lita sister, and knew what she had to do. Her hands twisted through the air as she spoke the words to her god Sowila to grant them all protection as a heavy mist emitted from her. It poured from her mouth and hands as she spoke the words and the room was soon full of it.

Sensing his opportunity in the room full of mist, Kutaku urged Woofie to speed up and traced a circutous route through the room as he avoided the necromancers. With his trident, he speared down at Adarra, catching her behind the back into her clothing where he then flung her over and onto Woofie behind her. Woofie pushed up the stairs, the skeletons slashing at him as he dove through the doorway with Adarra and Kutaku. Woofie stopped, and they got off. As soon as they exited the room, one of the necromancers cast a flaming sphere, instantly evaporating the obscuring mist.

Woofie had to leave the fight with so many injuries. He bounded down the hallway as one of the necromancers turned to Arreti Lita. He focused his eyes on her, chanting, and it changed everything. Her eyes wide and mouth opened in a scream, she turned and ran down the hallway, running past Woofie. She shrieked in terror as she flew, but Woofie, seeing her distressed, knocked her down and kept her down until the terror subsided in her.

The fear subsided and Arreti sprang to her feet from under Woofie with fire in her eyes. She ran down the hallway back to where the fighting was in the basement. She bolted through the door straight at the same skeleton warrior she was fighting before, who was now down below on the basement floor. In a rage, she lept up into the air off of the stairs and came down, grabbing the skeleton in a headlock. She dove to the floor, using all her momentum to plow the skeleton warrior's skull into the floor and kept him pinned there. Sand'ha Lita, happy to see her sister returned, gave a shout and grabbed a barrel from the supplies, using it to slam down onto the skeleton's skull.
