A Ra'azum King's Agent occassionally found in the company of Moffat sim Moffaron.

Background

Sand'ha and her sister Sand'ha Lita are King's Agents. They are both Janati people of the deep desert. In appearance, they are well muscled and slender with ebony skin and mahogany hair braided in the style of the Janati.
