North of: Ra'azum Castle District
West of: Ra'azum East Harbor District
The Elwindil Gate District is home to four of the busiest and largest gates of Ra'azum. The greatest gate is the Elwindil Highway Gate. The Elwindil Highway becomes the Grand Boulevard, leading down the city into the Castle District.

- Barracks for the Ra'azum Guard
- Military Training Grounds for the Kingdom of Yngoldis
- The Fort, holding the Ra'azum Guard and Military Command
