The County of Tyr is best known for being a place of wild spectacles. Secretary desks deliver messages while long-legged couches carry their owners to their destinations. People come from all over Elwindil to see these wonders, and because of that, there are many street performers and showy stunts. The real secrets are hidden inside the laboratories and libraries, and those are found inside the compounds of the Thaumaturgical College of Constructs and the Machinations Institute of Technology in the capital, Tyr-in-the-Thistle-by-the-Sea.
